Five SCHSL high school programs compete in Region 5 from Aiken County: North Augusta, Aiken, South Aiken, Midland Valley, and Langley-Bath-Clearwater. Baseball Programs Across Aiken County SC

Mind Game Baseball Academy serves every town in Aiken County with four programs: individual lessons, Saturday development camps, the 2027 CSRA community league, and a developmental travel team for 12U and 14U players.

Coaches work from local fields — Citizens Park, Gregg Park, Gardner-Key Park, Jacket Park, and parks across the county. Players are matched by city so families are not driving across the CSRA.

Every MGBA coach is background-checked and vetted by Academy Director Kenny Flermoen.

Aiken County High School Baseball — SCHSL Region 5

Aiken County has six SCHSL high school baseball programs competing in Region 5: North Augusta HS (Yellow Jackets), Aiken HS (Tornadoes), South Aiken HS (Thoroughbreds), Midland Valley HS (Mustangs), Langley-Bath-Clearwater HS (Gators), and Silver Bluff HS (Bulldogs).

Competition for roster spots is intense across all programs. MGBA helps players from 8U through 18U build the fundamentals and baseball IQ that Region 5 coaches evaluate.

Individual Baseball Lessons in Aiken County SC

MGBA-approved coaches offer individual lessons in North Augusta, Aiken, Graniteville, Bath, Belvedere, Wagener, Jackson, and New Ellenton. Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes — booked online with upfront payment.

Lessons cover hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, baserunning, and mental game. Coaches respond within 24 hours.
