Frequently asked questions
The 2027 MGBA community league has 12U and 14U divisions. Each team plays a 10-game regular season from September through mid-October, followed by a 4-team double-elimination playoff. Games are played twice per week on local CSRA fields.
The league registration fee is all-in — it covers the full season, jersey, and hat. There are no additional uniform costs, no gate fees for family members, and no required travel. The exact fee will be announced when registration opens in Summer 2027.
Teams will represent communities across the CSRA in both South Carolina and Georgia. Players are placed on teams based on their city to keep the community feel — your city name is on the jersey. Final team cities depend on registration numbers from each area.
The MGBA community league is an independent program run by Mind Game Baseball Academy. It is not affiliated with Little League International or USSSA. The league uses its own rules and operates under MGBA governance with a community board.
Any player in the CSRA ages 12U or 14U. Teams are organized by city and age group — your town name goes on the jersey.
